Due to the nature of research compounds and in accordance with strict quality control, contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance standards, all sales are final. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We take product quality and integrity seriously — every item is produced, tested, and packaged under controlled conditions to ensure purity and quality. For this reason, returned products cannot be reintroduced into inventory.
