What each component does
- L-Methionine: Essential amino acid. Feeds the SAM cycle, the body’s universal methyl donor system. Required for methyltransferase reactions that regulate gene expression, neurotransmitter synthesis, and lipid metabolism.
- Inositol: A carbocyclic sugar integral to the PI3K/Akt signaling cascade. Phosphatidylinositol-derived second messengers (IP3, DAG) control intracellular calcium release and protein kinase C activation.
- Choline: Essential nutrient. Dual role as a phospholipid membrane building block (phosphatidylcholine) and neurotransmitter precursor (acetylcholine).
