Methionine, Inositol, Choline. Three compounds, three metabolic roles, one sterile solution. Methionine is the cell’s primary methyl donor through the SAM (S-adenosylmethionine) cycle, participating in over 100 methyltransferase reactions. Inositol drives phosphatidylinositol signaling cascades — the IP3 pathway that controls cellular signal transduction. Choline builds phospholipid membranes and serves as the precursor to acetylcholine.

What each component does

  • L-Methionine: Essential amino acid. Feeds the SAM cycle, the body’s universal methyl donor system. Required for methyltransferase reactions that regulate gene expression, neurotransmitter synthesis, and lipid metabolism.
  • Inositol: A carbocyclic sugar integral to the PI3K/Akt signaling cascade. Phosphatidylinositol-derived second messengers (IP3, DAG) control intracellular calcium release and protein kinase C activation.
  • Choline: Essential nutrient. Dual role as a phospholipid membrane building block (phosphatidylcholine) and neurotransmitter precursor (acetylcholine).
