Selective GHS-R agonist pentapeptide. CAS 170851-70-4. MW 711.85 g/mol. Characterized by Raun et al. as the first GH secretagogue with selectivity comparable to GHRH itself.

Tesamorelin (5mg)

Full-length GHRH analog (all 44 amino acids) with N-terminal lipophilic stabilization. CAS 218949-48-5. MW 5135.83 g/mol. A structurally different approach to GHRH receptor agonism than the truncated, tetra-substituted CJC-1295.
