Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and in accordance with strict quality-control, contamination-prevention, and regulatory-compliance standards, all sales are final. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except as expressly outlined below.

No Returns on Fulfilled Orders

Heritage Labs USA produces and supplies laboratory research compounds that require controlled handling, storage, and chain-of-custody integrity. Returned products cannot be reintroduced into inventory, and we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering errors
• Improper storage after delivery
• Refused or undeliverable shipments
• Opened, used, or tampered items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded only if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once fulfillment has begun or a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or vials that were physically damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

• Clear, unedited photographs of the affected vial(s)
• Photos of the original packaging and shipping materials
• Images of the shipping box showing any external damage

Only verifiable carrier-related damage resulting in broken vials will be considered for replacement or refund. Cosmetic issues, minor packaging imperfections, or unsupported claims do not qualify.

Final Determination

All refund or replacement determinations are made solely at the discretion of Heritage Labs USA following review of submitted documentation. All decisions are final.
